Why are we giving it?

We wanted to say thank you to our many customers that have helped us to make the SBA’s Family Owned Business of the year for 2005 and 2006, and the WNDU’s 2005 Viewers Choice Award winner. Also, in special appreciation for our preferred customers, our Discount Club Members, we want to give an extra added benefit!

What is it?

For every Discount Club renewal on your furnace and A/C system, you will receive:

$100 in Comfort Cash towards the purchase of a new system.

For each Discount Club renewal on an Indoor Air Quality Accessory, you’ll receive:

*$10 in Comfort Cash towards the purchase of new IAQ equipment.

You can accumulate up to $1,800 in combined equipment and IAQ Comfort Cash.

Here’s how it can add up:

If you had a discount club on your furnace & A/C, humidifier, and air filtration unit, you would get $100 + $10 + $10 in Comfort Cash each year you renew. After 15 years, you would have accumulated $1,800 in Comfort Cash to be used towards the purchase of your new furnace, A/C and IAQ system!! Of course you may use your Comfort Cash prior to 15 years; that’s ok with us. You may use whatever amount you have accumulated at that point.

Why should you want it?

Eventually, everyone’s equipment will need to be replaced; either due to age, inefficiency, or a break down. Why not get a head start NOW, so that when it IS time to replace your system, you get a significant discount on the cost of replacement?

What do you have to do?

It’s simple! Just keep your Discount Club current, and it’s automatic; you do nothing else!

Just keep relying on the Great Lakes family to take care of your family’s home comfort needs!

You don’t have to keep track of anything! We do that here, at Great Lakes!

Guidelines & Criteria

Comfort Cash is for specific equipment and is non-transferable to other equipment. Use is restricted only to equipment replacement and may not be used for services, parts or labor. An amount up to, but not exceeding, 50% may be used for either air conditioner or furnace replacement individually, or 100% may be used for replacement of an entire system (both furnace & air conditioner).

*IAQ Comfort Cash may be used towards the purchase of any new IAQ equipment such as: Programmable thermostats, humidifier, hepa filtration system, zoning, electronic or media air cleaner.

At any time, if there is more than a 3- month lapse in your Discount Club membership, all of your accumulated Comfort Cash will be forfeited. We allow a 90-day “grace” period for renewing your Discount Club. All renewals must be made within 90 days of expiration, to remain current in the Comfort Cash program. And, we remind you when your discount club is expiring, so you don’t have to worry about that either! Better yet you can sign up for our automatic renewal. It doesn’t get any easier than that!
