Peace of mind - You needn't worry about your comfort system care. We take the responsibility of scheduling your Discount Club Safety Inspection and Precision Tune Up

Labor Savings - You also recieve a 15% discount on all labor with any required repairs.

Parts Savings - Air Filter and Oil Filters will be replaced at no extra charge. And you receive a 15% discount on all other required parts. For refrigerant, or parts out of warranty that involve substantial cost to you, we ask your permission before proceeding.

Parts Guarantee - You receive a one-year Discount Club Membership period.

Preferred Treatments - Discount Club increases system reliability, but if you do need emergency service you will receive preferential treatment including discounts on Labor and parts.

Automatic Renewal - Your Discount Club Agreement will be automatically renewed from year to year unless canceled by either party. Payment due on signing of this agreement gives you a VIP membership benefits for a full 12 month period.

PLAN A: Gas Furnace Boilers, Electronic Furnace

  8. Replace air filter.
  9. Check carbon monoxide levels.
  10. Check gas pressure.
  11. Check flue for obstructions
  12. Check Thermostat.
  13. Check Furnace.
 PLAN B: Furnace Oil
PRICE: $275.00 (1 Heat Call and 1 Air Conditioning Call)

  4. Lubricate bearings and motor.

  8. Replace air filter at fall inspection.
  9. Replace oil filter at fall inspection.
  10. Check flue for obstructions.
  11. Check Furnace.

PLAN C: Gas Furnace - A/C Unit
PRICE: $185.00 (1 Heat & 1 A/C Call)

 Discount Club Customers: "No heat call," 24 hours a day, seven days a week, $49.00 diagnostic.

Non Discount Club Customers: "No heat call," from 8am to 5pm the diagnostic is $109.00 and after 5pm it would be $129.00.
