We have been customers of Great Lakes Heating and Air for several years. The service and quality of work are unparalleled. I don’t write many reviews, but my experience with this company deserves recognition. We recently had a new furnace installed and all of our existing HVAC equipment serviced. Stan completed our install of the new furnace and Matt, as always, completed the service of our existing equipment. Both of these gentlemen were very knowledgeable, thorough, respectful, and kind. Whenever a representative from Great Lakes comes to our home, they are well dressed in their company uniform, present themselves in a professional manner, and truly appear to love their job. They do a great job of explaining the work they have completed and how to operate their equipment. In addition, they take the time to identify other potential work that should be considered and why but aren’t pushy about you committing to the work. They never give the impression that they are in a hurry and always come well prepared to complete the job. Definitely one of the most enjoyable companies we work with in our home! Great job of creating a positive culture at Great Lakes Heating and Air, your customers appreciate it! Companies like yours are unfortunately few and far between.

Joel, the technician from Great Lakes, was amazing! He was prompt and very professional. Not all of the technicians we have had in our home put on “protective footwear” before entering our home. He not only checked our furnace, which is fairly new, but also our very old air conditioner. He cleaned the inside of our air conditioner (which had an accumulation of leaves and dirt) but also cleaned around the outside of the unit. We are hoping it will last through the summer but if it doesn’t, Joel will be the first person we call for a replacement. Thanks to Great Lakes and Mr. Fisk for a wonderful experience. He did go above and beyond this service when he killed a large spider in our basement! That was greatly appreciated.

I have worked with Great Lakes before, and it was really a no-brainer when I needed a new furnace and air conditioner as to who I was going to go with! The process from coming to check and see what I need and what was going to work the best for me financially, as well as physically in my home, all the way through to the installation and calling to check and see how things were going, were five-star-rated as far as I’m concerned! The entire team was professional, friendly, and thorough! It’s so nice to have friendly people to work with and then acknowledge your concerns and can answer all your questions! I would definitely recommend Great Lakes to anyone in need of any of their services!❤️😉 I should mention that the thermostat they put in replaced an old circular mercury thermostat that has been in my house since probably the late 50s! I’ll miss that thermostat, but this one is so much easier to use and to read😉
