We had Shawn come out and repair a cut water line from a pedestal sink we had removed ourselves. He then installed a new vanity, sink, and faucet we had purchased. He arrived to assess the situation and, once he had left to get parts he needed, returned and did not leave until the job was completed. Everything looks fabulous.

While taping seams on my HVAC ducts, one of them just fell apart. Matt came out the next day and made the repair, and told us afterwards that the builder had made a mistake and cut the hole for the vent in the wrong place. So for the past 10 years I have owned the home, heat and A/C were being pumped into the basement. Matt did a fantastic job of making sure that it was sealed properly, and hopefully after I am done taping and insulating there will be little chance of heat or A/C loss.
