I had a water softener go out; Great Lakes repaired it. It worked for 24 hours and went out again. Another call to Great Lakes, and at 8:30–9:00 p.m. they returned again. Went through every possible check. Still not working. Cut through water pipe coming into house, no water still. It’s now a well concern.
