Lead Generator Position

In-Store Marketing Responsibilities Include:

  • Generating Sales Leads
  • Marketing
  • In-Person Customer Service
  • Marketing Services & Products
  • Training Other Store Associates
  • Other Duties Not Listed

While previous experience is a plus, it's not necessary!

Service Technician

Job Requirements & Details:

  • Experience directly in the residential HVAC field of 5 or more years is required.
  • Performance based pay starting at $20 an hour up to $50 hour plus additional spiffs and benefits.
  • Company vehicle provided.
  • May not necessitate on-call or after hours rotation work.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.
  • Managing on site repair, maintenance and test tasks.
  • Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
  • Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
  • Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
  • Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
  • Complying with service standards, work protocols and customers' requirements.
  • Produce timely and detailed service reports.

Lead Installation Technician

Job Requirements & Details:

  • Experience directly in the residential HVAC field of 5 or more years is required.
  • Performance based pay.
  • Company vehicle provided.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing customers with knowledge on new system and maintenance.
  • Managing on site installation.
  • Installing individual parts (pumps, pipes, fans, etc.)
  • Capable of lifting 60lbs and performing typical job-associated tasks.
  • Complying with service standards, work procedures and customers' requirements.
  • Ensure all paperwork needed for each job is accurately filled out
  • Stocking of company vehicles with necessary parts; returning unused and defective parts.
