Great Job!
"Shawn Conery was the Service Technician this time, his first visit to my home. He was VERY thorough and did an excellent job completely checking out the whole system. He did find a bad part, replaced it , put everything back together and fired up the furnace. It worked perfectly. GREAT JOB!!!"- Bob S. -
“The differences? When I needed new AC, I got three on-site estimates.”- David M.
I have confidence in this company
"The differences? When I needed new AC, I got three on-site estimates. One was a glossy car-salesman-like company, another was an old-family folksy company, and then Great Lakes. The glossy guy I disliked, and it was pricey. The folksy guy I liked, but his knowledge was lacking--he thought my old AC concrete pad would work fine, but the Great Lakes guy said you need a new pad, and also he recommended running a new duct from the basement to upstairs so that cooler air there saves stress on the AC system. I have confidence in this company."- David M. -
“Tracked down and explained the problem and came up with a cost effective fix for now. Couldn't be happier.”- William S.
Great Lakes was very responsive
"Furnace was out on a Sunday morning. Great Lakes was very responsive and the technician really, really excellent. Tracked down and explained the problem and came up with a cost effective fix for now. Couldn't be happier."- William S. -
“Ethan and Adam spent quite a while at my new home [which has been ignored]: first item was the carbon monoxide vent which they immediately corrected; updated all systems and worked well with the roofing construction crew which complicated issues. Ethan went through my list of issues from the home inspector and was able to make everything safe.”- Linda L.
