“I recently had my summer checkup of my furnace and air conditioning on September 5th. Clark, the service attendant who arrived at my house, was polite, friendly, and completely explained everything that he was doing. When Clark went outside to check things, he even folded up my gardening hose that I had left on my yard and placed it close to the house. Talk about great service! These service technicians always represent your company in good and unexpected ways. The other thing I want to mention is that back on January 6th, 2006 my original furnace, which was not from Great Lakes, broke down and it was about 8 degrees outside. I called a variety of furnace companies, but the only company that responded and came out to help me almost immediately was Great Lakes Heating and Air Conditioning. They got my furnace working again on one of the coldest days of the year and I have been with them ever since.”- James L.
